Data controller
Côme The Robot (contact: contact@cometherobot.com) is the controller for the processing described below.
Processing, purposes and retention
Pre-order: name, email, country, quantity · purpose: managing the reservation queue and project updates · basis: consent · retention: until delivery or unsubscription.
Account: name, email, language, hashed password (never readable) · purpose: managing your personal space · basis: performance of the service · retention: until account deletion.
Contact: name, email, phone (optional), message · purpose: handling your request · basis: consent · retention: 24 months maximum.
Transactional emails: pre-order and contact confirmations, sent from contact@cometherobot.com. No marketing without separate consent.
Recipients and security
Data is only accessible to the Côme The Robot team. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. Hosting processor: OVH (France, EU). Hashed passwords (PBKDF2), encrypted transport (HTTPS), rate limiting against abuse.
What we collect
Through the pre-order form: your name, email, country and desired quantity. That's all.
Why
Solely to manage your pre-order and keep you informed about the Côme project. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6-1-a GDPR), revocable at any time.
Where and for how long
Your data is hosted in the European Union (OVH, France) and kept until product delivery or your unsubscription. It is never sold or shared for advertising.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: write to contact@cometherobot.com. You may also contact your data-protection authority.
And inside the robot?
Côme is privacy by design: household data (faces, voices, home map) is stored encrypted inside the robot, at your home, and feeds no cloud without your explicit consent. Face recognition is off by default. Full details will come with the product privacy notice.
Audience measurement
Only with your consent (banner on your first visit), this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience (page views, interactions, pre-order funnel). IP addresses are anonymised and no data is used for advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies. Without consent, no data is sent to Google.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies or advertising trackers. Your language choice is stored in your browser (localStorage and a functional “come_lang” cookie), with no identifier and no tracking.
